So as I was sitting here last night working on some of my models and adding more detail, fixing things, etc., it dawned on me that I need to put together a collection of 1:100 scale ordinance for aircraft, tanks, and other vehicles. It would make it a lot easier to sort through than going through all of the files I have looking for a specific missile that I last used on some model.
Hopefully this will turn out to be a nice collection. I’ll be starting with Cold War Soviet stuff and we’ll see where I go from there. One reason for building the Soviet stuff first is that I have more of it and there’s a lot of demand for Cold War Soviet vehicles which means I need to also include ordinance for them.
I will most likely start on this when I get home from work tomorrow and finish up a customer’s website. I know there’s a LOT of stuff to build but it will be worth it in the end when I go to add details and payloads on aircraft and such. A lot of this, if not all, will be made by me based on actual photos or blueprints for the various things.
